    • 1927-1932 instructor, Moscow Higher Technology School, and simultaneously foreman, superintendent, chief engineer and director of several construction projects. 1930-1938 exec, posts at Higher Economics Council and Popular Commissariat of Heavy Industry. 1939-1946 USSR Popular Commissar of Construction.

      1947-1950 Minister of Construction Materials Industry. 1950-1951 Deputy Minister of Construction of Machine-Building Enterprises. 1951-1955 USSR Deputy Minister of Petroleum Industry.

      1955-1957 USSR Deputy Minister of Construction of Petroleum Enterprises. At 1930 Congress of All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) elected member, Central Control Commission. Deputy, USSR Supreme, Soviet of 1937 and 1946 convocation.
