Arvid GRIGULIS, Latvia writer, poet and literature historian. Honorary Cultural Worker of Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic; board member, Latvia Union of Writers, since 1958. Order of Red Banner of Labor, 1956; Stalin Prize, 1948.
