      1956 took part in work of Political Consultative Committee in Prague, established in accordance with Warsaw Pact. 1957 member, Government and Party delegation Czechoslovakia led by Khrushchev and Bulganin. 1958 participated with representative of communist workers’ parties at Council of Economics Assistance (satellite countries).

      1960 signed trade and aid agreement between USSR and Tunis. Signed mutual delivery agreement (1961-1965) between USSR and Hungary and trade agreement between USSR and Indonesia, etc. 1950-1955 First Secretary, Stalingrad Oblast Communist Party of the Soviet Union Committee.

      1955-1960 USSR Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Czechoslovakia.
