      1960 member, Soviet delegation at International Congress of History Science, Stockholm. 1957-1960 member, Editor Board, journal “Vestnik istorii mirovoy kultury” (Herald of the History of World Culture). Member, Main Editorial Board, “Vsemirnaya istoriya” (A Universal History) and Chief Editor of its 7th volume.

      Since 1955 member, Soviet Committee the Defense of Peace. Since 1956 member, Soviet Committee the Solidarity of Asian Countries.
