      1956-1961 member, Central Auditing Commission, Communist Party of the Soviet Union. 1958 Chief Editor, journal “Mezhdunarodnoe zhizn” (International Life). 1958-1961 Head,Department of Propaganda and Agitation for Union Republic, Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

      1954 member, Soviet delegation at meeting of foreign minister, Geneva. 1955 adviser to Soviet delegation at 10th session, United Nations General Assembly. 1956 accompanied Khrushchev and Bulganin to London, acted as adviser to Soviet delegation at Suez Conference, London, and was alternate member, Soviet delegation at 11th session, United Nations General Assembly.

      1957 accompanied Khrushchev and Bulganin to Helsinki, was member, Soviet Party and government delegation Czechoslovakia, headed Soviet journalists’ delegation Czechoslovakia and accompanied Party and government delegation German Democratic Republic. 1959 accompanied Khrushchev to United States of America and Party and government delegation China. 1960 adviser to Soviet delegation at four-power conference, Paris, accompanied Khrushchev to Indonesia, was member, Communist Party of the Soviet Union delegation at 3rd Congress, Rumanian Workers’ Party, and accompanied Khrushchev to France and Austria.

      1961 headed Communist Party of the Soviet Union delegation at 27th Congress, Communist Party of Great Britain, London. Deputy, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Supreme Soviet of 1951 and 1959 convocation.
