    Career

    • Sent with others to cover the Spanish Civil War. Made compilation films in 1939, К Sobytiiam Ispanii and Ispaniia, using his own material and old footage to provide the line required by the Soviet government. In 1967, returned to this subject, changing the political line according to the new times.
