      1923-1924 Chairman, Workers’ Committee, Uvarovichi Sovkhoz, Gomel Oblast. 1924-1925 Communist Youth League work at Nosovichi, Gomel Oblast. 1925-1928 Head, Agitation and Propaganda Department, Nosovichi and subsequently Vetka Rayon Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Belarusian.

      1931-1934 taught at Belarusian Higher Communist Agriculture School. Later Head, School of Propagandists, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Belarusian. 1940-1941 First Secretary, Vilnius Oblast Committee(b) Lithuania.

      During World War П in Soviet Army. 1942-1944 helped organize partisans in Molodechno and Minsk Oblasts. After war became First Secretary, Molodechno and Baranovichi Oblast Committee(b) Belarusian.
