    • 1928 entered Communist Youth League. 1935-1937 Chief Secretary, Shamshadinsky Rayon newspaper “Shamshadinsky kolkhoznik”, then Editor, Azizbekov Rayon newspaper. 1937-1938 Secretary, Azizbekov Rayon Committee, Armenian Communist Youth League.

      1938-1939 Secretary, 1939-1941 First Secretary, Central Committee, Armenian Communist Youth League. 1940-1954 candidate Bureau member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Lithuania Armenian. 1941 First j Secretary, Yerevan Kirov District, then Kotayksky Rayon Committee, Communist Party Armenian.

      1946-1952 Secretary, Central Committee, Communist Party Armenian. 1952 First Secretary, Yerevan Oblast Committee Armenian. 1952-1958 Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
