1942-1959 reorganized Soviet public health system. Combined hospitals with polyclinics. Brought health resort institutions of various deputy, under jurisdiction of Ministry of Health by amalgamating rural medical institutions with rayon hospitals, headed by the chief doctor of the rayon hospital.

1948 in Budapest; 1949 at Conference on the Protection of War Victims. Switzerland; 1950 at 3rd Congress of Union of Democratic Women in Berlin, and other international political actions organized by USSR. 1958 accompanied Voroshilov on his visit to Brussels World Exhibition and received by Queen Elizabeth of Belgium.
Attended many conferences on coordination of USSR and Eastern Bloc medical services: 1956 in Poland. 1957 in Rumania and Czechoslovakia. 1958 in East Germany.
Presented papers on state of Soviet health service: at 1956 Communist Party of the Soviet Union Congress. 1957 at 6th session of USSR Supreme Soviet. At World Youth Festival in Moscow.
At AllUnion and republican congresses and conferences of medical workers. At sessions of USSR Academy of Medical Science, etc. Author of many articles on organizational and medical themes, published in periodicals of USSR Ministry of Health.
