      Accompanied Khrushchev and Bulganin to South-East Asian countries, and 1956 to England. 1956, 1957 and 1959 headed Soviet parliamentary delegation Paris. 1957 accompanied Mikoyan to Austria.

      Member, Soviet Party and government delegation German Democratic Republic. 1959 signed protocol on extending terms of mutual trade agreement between USSR and France in Paris. Headed delegation at Soviet Trade and Industry Exhibition in Colombo.

      Signed trade and shipping agreement between USSR and German Federal Republic. Headed Soviet trade delegation Ceylon. 1960 headed Soviet trade delegation London, and 1961 to China.
