    Career

    • Deputy, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1954 and 1958 convocation. Member, Economics Commission, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation. 1959 member, USSR Supreme Soviet delegation to Ceylon.

      1930-1933 Deputy Chairman, Adzhar Kolkhoz Union, and Deputy Head, Khulo Rayon Land Department. 1935-1948 Head, Khulo, then Kobuleti Rayon Land Department. Subsequently Chairman, Executive Committee, Khulo Rayon Soviet, and Adzhar Minister of Agriculture.

      1951-1953 First Deputy Chairman, 1953-1954 Chairman, Adzhar Council of Ministers. 1954-1961 First Secretary, Adzhar Oblast Committee Georgia. For a while before appointment as Georgia Minister of Procurement, was Chairman, State Procurement Committee, Georgia Council of Ministers, and Georgia Ministry.
