MUSTEL, Evald was born in 1911.
1935 graduated Moscow University.
1939-1944 associate, 1944-1951 Professor, Moscow University. Developed theory of radiant equilibrium of stellar atmospheres as regards their absorption factor. Described physical picture of processes which occur during the flare of nova stars.
