      1933-1937 consecutively power plant director and Chief Mechanic, Chimkent Lead Plant. 1937-1941 chief engineer, then director of a plant in Saratov. 1941-1943 Secretary, Saratov Oblast Committee, AHUnion Communist Party (Bolsheviks).

      1943-1950 board member, Popular Commissariat of Power Plants, and Head, Main Board of Spare Parts for Power Plants. 1950-1954 Deputy Site Management, Gorky Hydropower Plant. 1954-1958 Site Management, Kremenchug Hydropower Plant.

      1958 Deputy, USSR Minister of Power Plants.
