      Deputy Director, then Director, Executive Party Organs Department, later Third Secretary, Leningrad Oblast Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1939-1949 Deputy Chairman, and Chief Bureau Secretary, Party Control Commission, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1940-1943 Deputy Chairman, USSR State Central Bank, then First Deputy Chairman, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Council of Popular Commissar.
