      1950-1953 First Deputy Head of a deputy., Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. 1952-1956 candidate member of the Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union. 1953-1961 Department Head, Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

      Deputy, and member, Commission for Foreign Affairs, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation. Chief Editor, "Politichesky slovar” (A Political Dictionary) (2nd edition 1958). Directed group of authors writing the new “Istoriya Kommunisticheskoy partii Sovetskogo Soyuza” (A History of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union) (1959).

      Member, Editor Board, journal "Kommunist”. 1956 member, Soviet delegation Congresses of Chinese and French Communist Party. 1958 member, Soviet delegation Prague conference of Communist Party representative concerned with the creation of a central Communist organ, and its printed organ, “Problemy mira i sotsializma” (Problems of Peace and Socialism).

      1959 member, Soviet delegation 15th Congress of French Communist Party. Presently works in History Science Deputy, USSR Academy of Science, implementing the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, decree of January 9, 1960, concerning "The Tasks of the Party Propaganda Machine Under Modern Conditions”.
