    • Since 1915 studied at Medical Faculty, then History, and Philology Faculty, Kiev University.

    Career

    • Since 1910 regular contributor, Kiev journal “Ukrainska khata”. 1919 succesively teacher, Romanovka village school, Kiev, and instructor in Ukrainian, Kiev Railroad School and Kiev Institute of Public Education. 1952 attended Peace Defense Congress, Vienna.

      Was Head, Institute of Arts, Folklore and Ethnography, Ukrainia Academy of Sciences. Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1946, 1950, 1954 and 1958 convocation.
