Talib SADYKOV, USSR Composer and conductor. Chief Conductor, Uzbek Theater of Opera and Ballet, since 1933; instructor, Tashkent Conservatory, since 1955; Popular Artist of Uzbekistan Soviet Socialist Republic since 1939. Order of Red Banner of Labor, 1951; two Badges of Honor, 1937, 1949. Member, Communist Party, since 1944.
