      1956-1961 candidate member of the Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1950, 1954 and 1958 convocation. Deputy, Ukrainia Supreme Soviet of 1955 and 1959 convocation.

      At first session of USSR Supreme Soviet of 1954 convocation elected Deputy Chairman, Budget Commission. 1954 member, Soviet government delegation Bulgaria. 1956 headed Soviet delegation to Syria.

      1957 member, Soviet economics delegation Columbia University, United States of America. After World War II Deputy Chairman, Ukrainia Soviet of Popular Commissar. 1946-1953 Deputy Chairman, Ukrainia Council of Ministers.

      1957-1959 Chairman, Ukrainia State Planning Committee.
