After graduation from Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute became shift engineer and Head of blast furnace shops at Ukrainia metallurgical plants. 1938 First Secretary, Dnepropetrovsk Red Guard Rayon Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).

      1939 Chairman, Dnepropetrovsk City Soviet of Workers’ Deputy. 1957-1958 First Deputy Chairman, Moldavia Council of Ministers, and Chairman, Moldavia Regional Economic Council. Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1954 convocation.

      Deputy, and member, Economics Commission, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation. Deputy, Moldavia Supreme Soviet of 1955 and 1959 convocation.
