      1946-1948 USSR Ministry Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Korea. 1948-1952 USSR Deputy Permanent Representative to United Nations Security Council, and member, United Nations Disarmament Commission. 1955 member, Soviet delegation at 10th anniversary session of United Nations General Assembly.
