    Career

    • Until 1934 ship’s engineer in Baltic Fleet. 1934-1938 headed group in charge of ship passport system and was subsequently Chief Service Engineering, Baltic Steamship Line. Since 1938 Chairman, Commission for Supervising Construction of Ships, USSR Popular Commissariat of the Merchant Marine.

      Since 1944 member, Main Editor Commission for Editing Manuals on the Technology Exploitation of the Merchant Marine, and member and Chairman, several commissions for approving new ships, USSR Popular Commissariat of the Merchant Marine. 1948-1955 board member, All-Union Science Engineering and Technology Society of Water Transport, and member, Editor Board, journal “Morskoy flot” (The Merchant Marine).
