Hero of Socialist Labor, 1942; Stalin Prize; five Order of Lenin; Order of Suvorov, Class I; Order of Kutuzov, Class I; “Hammer and Sickle” Gold Medal; other medals.

    • 1957 member, Commission for Examining Amendments and Additions to the Draft Bill for Further Improvement of the Organ, of Management in Industry and Construction. 1959 headed Soviet government delegation at 1st International Fair, Brno, Czechoslovakia. At 1959 Communist Party of the Soviet Union Congress elected member, Congress Credentials Commission.

      Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1946, 1954 and 1958 convocation. Deputy, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Supreme Soviet of 1959 convocation. 1927-1929 fitter, Balakhna Paper Combine, Gorky Oblast, and “Zaryade” Plant, Ivanovo-Voznesensk.

      1934-1936 engineer at a Leningrad research instituts. 1937 construction engineer, later Management, Operations and Testing Bureau, and Assistant Chief Designer, “Bolshevik” Plant. 1938-1941 Director, “Bolshevik” Plant.

      1941-1945 USSR Popular Commissar of Armaments. 1946-1953 USSR Minister of Armaments. 1953-1957 USSR Minister of Defense Industry.
