    • Member, Editor Council, journal “Patologicheskaya fiziologiya i eksperimentalnaya terapiya” (Pathological Physiology and Experimental Therapy), etc. 1928-1938 studied anemia and embolism of the brain, and functional correlations of the respiratory and vasomotor centers. 1933-1941 studied blood transfusion, pathogenesis and experimental therapy of traumatic shock.

      1938-1957 studied fever, especially: mechanism of heat regulation. Hyperthermia; the neural reflex mechanism of the febrile reaction. Heat exchange in fever.

      The adaptive role of fever in the pathogenesis of infections. 1925-1930 specialized in pathophysiology. 1931-1949 instructor, then senior instructor, Leningrad Military Medicine Academy.

      1938-1941 Head, Chair of Pathophysiology, Leningrad Stomatological Institute.

    Religion
