      1941-1945 Secretary, Novosibirsk, then Kemerovo Oblast Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1946-1947 Secretary, Stalino and since 1947 Zaporozhe Oblast Committee(b) Ukrainia. 1951-1953 Inspector, then Deputy Director,Department of Party, Trade-Union and Communist Youth League Organs, Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

      1954-1957 First Secretary, Kamensk Oblast Communist Party of the Soviet Union Committee.
