      1930 Chairman, All-Union Union of USSR Agriculture Collectives. 1931-1938 USSR Deputy Popular Commissar of Agriculture. Since 1938 USSR Popular Commissar of Grain and Stock-Raising Sovkhozes.

      1954-1958 Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Minister of Sovkhozes. 1956-1961 candidate member of the Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union. 1958-1960 Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Deputy Minister of Agriculture.

      1960-1961 Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Minister of Grain Produce. Elected member and candidate Presidium member, USSR Central Executive Committee. Deputy, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Supreme Soviet of 1955 convocation.

      Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1954 and 1958 convocation. At 1930 and 1934 Congresses of All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) elected candidate member of the Central Committee.
