Took part in World War I. During the Civil War, organized White partisan detachments on the Don. Took part in all operations of the White armies in the South. Left Russia during the evacuation of the Crimea.
Through Constantinople, Lemnos and Bulgaria, came to Paris in 1923. Worked in a factory, later became a director. Well-known figure in White Cossack circles in Paris.
