Educated at the Kiev High School. Graduated from the Law School in Petersburg, 1907.
Worked in the Ministry of the Interior, 1907-1917. During the Civil War, active in underground monarchist organi-
zations. Joined the Ministry of the Interior of Hetman Skoropadskii in Kiev, recruiting many former Tsarist officers in the Ukraine.
After the fall of Skoropadskii, emigrated to Bulgaria. Moved to Berlin. Between the wars, active in the Russian monarchist press and monarchist organizations in Western Europe. After World War II, in DP camps in Austria and Germany.
Emigrated to the USA, 1950. Professor of the Orthodox seminary at Jordanville monastery, USA.
