Chief architect for Federal Housing Administration, 1935-1944, principal architectural advisor on administrative staff, underwriting division, 1944-1947.
Consultant architect Rental Housing Division, 1947-1950, chief technical advisor Cooperative Housing Division, 1950-1953. With Richard Hawley Cutting & Associates, architects and engineers, 1953-1958, director overseas operations, 1956.
