1931-1937 worked on the construction of a plant and at Board for the Construction of Machine-Building Plants, USSR Minister of Transport. 1937-1953 at various times Engineering, Chief of Construction, Trust Manager, and Chief, Main Board, for construction of a series of plants and enterprises, USSR Minister of NonFerrous Metallurgy. Worked on reconstruction and planning, and organ, of public services in the Luzhniki area, Moscow, and construction of a complex of sports installations at the Lenin Central Stadium.
