Mozafar, Ahmad was born on November 10, 1941 in Yazd, Iran. Son of Ali-Reza and Zamzam (Jeihooni) Mozafar.

Adjunct professor, postdoctoral fellow Texas Tech University, Lubbock, 1979-1981.

Lecturer agronomy Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, since 1981.
