Visiting professor Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Ikoma, 1998—2002. Chief researcher Research and Development Association Future Electron Devices, Tokyo, 2002—2007. Science & technical coordinator ASTEM Rhode Island, Kyoto, since 2008.
