Career
Afterwards studied at Saint Thomas’s Hospital, London. Vienna and Prague. Graduated in Medicine, 1871. Surgeon on board Royal Marines Steamers to South American and to Chinese ports.
In London held the positions of Acting-Resident Physician to Royal Pindico Dispensary.
Resident Clinical Assistant to the Brompton Consumption Hospital. Clinical Assistant to the Royal South London Ophthalmic Hospital, and for four months acting Resident Physician to the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children.
Began practice in Montreal, 1877. Past President Montreal Medico-Chirurgical Society and of American Pediatric Society.
Member of American Association of Physicians, American Climatological Association, American Therapeutic Society.
