Allen Spike is responsible for the Ohio landmark case of Hoyt v.
Hoyt, 53 03rd 177 559 NE2d 1292, which defined qualified domestic relations orders for defined benefits plans. He is a frequent lecturer locally and statewide.
He has participated on the legislative drafting and legislative review subcommittees of the Family Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association since 1978. Stephen Meckler practices in the area of personal injury, medical negligence and general civil litigation.
