Career

Honorary Henry Hill, of Minnesota, October 31, 1879. Ordained to Congressional Church, 1878. Pastor Rutland, Vermont.

Evangelist, 1886-1897. Withdrew from orthodox church on account of liberal views, 1897. Conducted independent religious movement in Boston Music Hall and Hollis St. Theatre, 1897-1899.

Minister First Unitarian Church, Oakland, California, 1899-1903. Founder and 1st permanent minister, Los Angeles.
