Presidium member and mang, Moscow Soviet. Member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee of several convocations. At 8th Party Congress elected member, Centr Auditing Commission.
1921-1922 mang, Geo Council of People's Compr. Deputy chairman, Tiflis Executive Committee. 1922-1929 deputy head, Moscow Communal Economy Department.
1929 deputy chairman, Moscow Oblast Workers and Peasants’ Inspection. 1930-1931 chairman, Moscow Meat Indiana Committee. 1931-1934 head, Moscow Oblast Road Transport Commission.
From 1934 director, Special Technical Bureau.
