Early ed’n Norfolk (Virginia) Academy. Graduate Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, C.E., 1891.

Career

Assistant in mathematics, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 1892-1893. In active practice as civil eng’r in Connecticut, New York State and New York City since 1893. Instructor in surveying and hydraulics, and in charge Harvard Eng’ring Camp, Harvard University, 1893-1903.

Assistant eng’r in charge of stations Rapid Transit R. R. Comm’n, New New York.
