Superintendent East Baltimore District, 1934-1940. Field representative Asbury Methodist Home for Aged 1945-1950. Delegate to the General Conference since 1920 (chairman judiciary committee 1932-1936).

Delegate to Uniting Conference of Methodism, 1939. President Judicial Council, 1939-1948.
