The law firm was founded in 1948 by Daniel Garan, Milton Lucow and Albert Miller upon their graduation from law school. Begun as a tort defense firm, our principal focus has remained the same to the present.
The firm was relatively small through the 1950"s and 1960"s, when tort work primarily centered around auto negligence and premises liability.
