Sneath, Mrs. Samuel B. was born in 1828 in Martinsburg, Knox Company, Ohio, circa. Daughter of William and Mary Ann (Anderson) Stephenson.

Education

Education high school, normal school and under private tutors. Passed State Board Examiners, receiving 3-year certificate at age of 20.

Career

Civic and philanthropic worker. Assisted in establishing City Library, at Tiffin, and member board of trustees 30 years. Has served as member local and State charity bds., local and State missionary societies.

Member Colonial Dames of America, D.A.R. Unanimously endorsed by Ohio State Federation of Women’s.
