From 2001 to 2007 Radwan held a position of Research Associate at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Since 2007 he is a Professor of Biology at the University of Michigan in Dearborn.
He is Activist of Local Mosque, Dearborn, since 2007.
Radwan is married to Diane Bender on March 10, 2007 and has 2 children.
