He held this position until 1973. From 1973 to 1971 he was a chairman board in Clinicare Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. In 1974 Ross became a President of Macdonald Associates, Inc. in Houston, Texas, United States. Since 1978 he was a President of Metropolitan Houston Hockey Association.
