In the last several years, the firm has undertaken the prosecution and trial (on a contingent fee basis only) of significant contested commercial matters. The firm prides itself in having tried and established the first crashworthiness case in the State of Texas, and was also the principal counsel involved in both the Apollo space disaster as well as the Challenger mishap.
