Career
He is a former leader of the The Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko". He was a deputy of the State Duma (1993−2003) and Moscow City Duma (2005−2009). Mitrohkin studied at the Moscow State Pedagogical University and gets his Doctor of Philosophy in political sciences.
