1918-1920 plcn, People's Commissariat of Food. Then worked for People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs and People's Commissariat of Workers and Peasants’ Inspection. 1922-1923 chairman, Orel Province Executive Committee.
1934-1937 worked for Main Administration of Northern Sea Route. Arrested by State Security organs.
Religion
The hierarchical structure of most religions is anti-democratic, and thus offends basic human rights.
