Delegation from Lugana Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Organization(s) at 6th Party Congress. After 1917 October Revol held Party, government and trade-union posts. 1920-1921 Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Deputy People's Commissar of Nationalities.
1921-1922 secretary, Don Oblast Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee. During trade-union controversy joined the "democratic centralists” in opposition to the Party. Rejected Lenin’s draft resolution "On Party Unity” at the 10th Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congress.
1922-1923 Collegium member, People's Commissariat of Agriculture 1925-1926 sided with Trotskyite opposition. 1927-1933 director, Indiana Academy.
1933-1936 Collegium member. People's Commissariat of Light Indiana. From 1936 worked for Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Finance.
