1898 joined Social-Democratic movement. Worked in Rostov-on-Don. Member, Don Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee.
Don Committee deleg at 2nd Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress. After 2nd Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress active Menshevik. Worked in Southern Russian.
After 1917 February Revol deputy chairman. Rostov-on-Don Soviet of Workers and Soldiers’ Deputy. Represented Menshviks in Central Executive Committee.
After 1917 October Revol fought against Soviet regime. 1917-1920 member, Don Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party (Mensheviks) Committee. Convicted for counter-revolutionary Menshevik activities.
Arrested by State Security organs.
