Career
She is recognised as one of the founders and the leader of the Milifandom, a campaign to support Editor Miliband during the United Kingdom general election, 2015. She has also written for The Guardian and Huffington Post United Kingdom.
Tomlinson is from Street Helens in Merseyside and is a student. She has made a successful application to Newnham College, Cambridge and will start her study of Human, Social, and Political Sciences in October 2016.
During the general election campaign in 2015, Tomlinson was one of the key founders of the Milifandom movement, and was identified as the "leader".
After his defeat, Miliband personally thanked the campaign. Tomlinson describes herself as an intersectional feminist.
Tomlinson has subsequently written for The Guardian and the New Statesman and called for the lowering of the voting age to 16. In 2015 she appeared on Channel 4 News to endorse Andy Burnham in the Labour leadership election.
