Career
Dampha began his career with Gambia Ports Authority F.C. here was 2007 promoted to the first team of the Gambian Championnat National D1. and signed in January 2009 a professional contract for Algerian club Mouloudia Club Saïda. Dampha joined in January 2010 from Algerian club Maloudia Club Saida to the Swiss Super League team Neuchâtel Xamax, on a four and a half year contract. He made his debut for Neuchâtel Xamax in the Swiss Super League on 6 February 2010 against Football Club Zürich.
On 14 May 2012, Dampha signed a two-year deal with French Ligue 1 side AS Nancy, until the summer of 2014.
In December 2009 earned his first international cap for the Scorpions.
