Served United Nations Forces Congo 1964. Adviser-in-Charge Ministry of Public Works and Urban Development 1982, Minister of Home Affairs 1984-1985, of Fisheries and Oceans 1985-1986, of Relief and Rehabilitation, of Food, of Fisheries and Livestock 1985-1986.
