Attended some United Nations General Assembly Meetings, 1965, 1967, 1973, 1975 as member of Saudi Arabian Permanent Delegation to United Nations. Attended Arab League Social Studies Seminar, Committee for the Follow-up of Population Activities in the Arab Countries (a joint United Nations Demographic Fund-Arab League Committee). Director-General of Technical Co-operation Administration, Council of Ministers Central Bureau.
